Returns/Cancellation Policy

You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. Kindly send us an email at info@mamallama.me in case of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Customized products

Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the products were damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. Cancellation window is 3 hours.

Non-customized products

You can return any unworn and unused items (in their original condition) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund excluding delivery fee and baring any additional delivery charges. 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing us at info@mamallama.me during working hours and within 4 hours of having placed the order. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
